At Top Draw Building Services, we provide high quality solution whether that is New Build project, Building extensions or Indian Paving. Established by the founder Damion Gillatt with over 8+ years of industry experience, the business has vastly grown and is continuing to grow. We are passionate and dedicated to all the project we undertake and value the idea “quality over quantity” and find that there is no better feeling than when finishing a job and thinking wow!!.

We initially started building houses within areas around leeds and sheffield and have had the pleasure of working along side big building companie such as Frenchgate Centre, Eagle Centre and Doncaster Racecourse. When starting the company the founder Damion Gillatt’s main objective was to “do jobs the correct way and always make sure customers are happy”
